We send all parcels as recorded delivery meaning  they are tracked and insured with a cost of £3.50 per parcel.

We aim to ship all parcels the day after receiving your order with a shipping time of 1-3 working days. If you choose to personalise your product then please allow us some extra time to complete your personalised embroidery.

 Once dispatched we will send a confirmation email with the tracking number.

All shipping times are estimates by the carrier and cannot be guaranteed. 

Any issues with deliveries will be managed through the tracking and insurance included with delivery.
