We hope your dog loves the Pillerton Paws Product you bought.
Obviously we hope you do to, but in our world dogs come first.
If for any reason either of you are not fully satisfied, you can return the product within 30 days of receipt for a refund or exchange.
All items must be returned in their original condition, unused, unworn and packaged to prevent damage during shipping. Please ensure that all dog hair is removed.
If the product is not returned 'as new' we will not be able to offer an exchange or refund.
In case the item is the wrong size and you need to exchange, we recommend trying on for size inside on a clean dog.
Return postage costs are the customer's responsibility but there will no additional postage costs for exchange items.
